Getting Started

At Mason & Crown we like to create a sense of ease and instill a lot of fun into the work we do with our clients. With a full service event, we'll work with you to cultivate your theme and choose the location to get the ball rolling. We work with you to understand your event goals and can provide a huge menu selection, venue ideas, as well as other recommendations to make your event unique and exceptional.

Menu Selection
Choose from our Catering Event Menus or let us work with you to customize a menu based on your budget, event theme and culinary desires.

Guest Count
A guaranteed guest count is due 5 business days prior to your event. You may increase your guest count up to 72 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply for increasing guest counts after the guarantee has been provided.

Cost
Our catering proposals reflect pricing for your menu, equipment and basic staffing needs. Additional services and staffing are available upon request.  A nominal delivery, set-up & pick-up fee is charged for events not requiring service staff. Prices will vary based on the unique requirements of your event.

We require a 50% deposit to book your event on our catering calendar. The balance for your event is due 5 business days after your event with final invoicing.
